Information may be shared with service providers—such as Squarespace, scheduling, email, payment, or recordkeeping platforms—only as reasonably necessary to operate the business or deliver requested services. Educational and Wellness Information

Website content and coaching information are provided for general educational and wellness purposes. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, mental-health care, physical therapy, or emergency services and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating relevant limitations or health concerns, using reasonable judgment, and seeking medical clearance when appropriate. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care.

Results

Individual results vary. KN Wellness does not guarantee specific weight, fitness, nutrition, recovery, pain-relief, or other outcomes. Progress depends on many factors, including participation, consistency, health status, and circumstances outside KN Wellness’s control.

Payments and Scheduling

Prices, payment schedules, program details, and service expectations will be provided before purchase or booking. New clients may be required to complete an inquiry and receive approval before accessing the private scheduling link.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

Website content, program materials, worksheets, plans, branding, and original resources belong to KN Wellness unless otherwise stated. They are for the purchaser’s or client’s personal use and may not be copied, resold, distributed, or presented as someone else’s work without written permission.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged the full scheduled service price.

Late arrivals: A late arrival may shorten the appointment so the next client is not delayed. The full scheduled service price may still apply.

Emergencies: Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered individually. Please contact KN Wellness as soon as reasonably possible.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
